J&S is jointly owned by Sudanese Investors. All Works Operations started in 1987 and over the last two decades, the Company has expanded to construct a wide range of Storage Facilities, Oil Field Equipment and other relevant Facilities.

A brief history of the company is given below
- 1988 - Irrigation Schemes Pipe and Water Regulators.
- 1992 - Storage Tanks.
- 1996 - Storage and Processing Facilities – Refinery.
- 1998 - Complete Depots Manufacturing and Construction.
- 2002 - Strategic Storage Facilities Fixed and Floating Roof Tanks.
- 2005 - Design and Construction of huge Capacities Floating Roof Tank.
The Workshop Set-up
Some of our capabilities are in pictures herein, our Machinery are of the highest International Standards. The Workshop therefore is capable of Preparations, Fabrications, and Maintenances required in this field. The job is being carried out at our Workshop by competent Engineers, Supervisors, and Labor and they are all led by qualified Managers.
The Workshop which is located in Khartoum is of an area of 6000 m2, it contains the entire latest Heavy Machinery (Water Jet Machine, Rolling Machine, Automatic Welding Machine, .etc), and also a variety of Heavy Construction Vehicles (Crane, Loaders, Tankers, Trucks, Forklifts,.. etc)
